Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Doula to join our team. As a Doula, you will provide emotional, physical, and informational support to expectant mothers before, during, and after childbirth. Your role is to ensure a positive birthing experience and promote the well-being of both the mother and baby.

Duties:
- Provide education on breastfeeding, newborn care, and postpartum recovery
- Assist with postpartum care, including emotional support and assistance with household tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and services provide

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Doula is required as well as a valid Doula Certification.
- Knowledge of patient assessment techniques and medical terminology
- Familiarity with anatomy and physiology related to childbirth and postpartum
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide compassionate patient service
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 16 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overnight shift
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• Durango, CO: Relocate before starting work (Required)
